Just wanted to let you know I'm also getting this issue. The error only pops up when panic handlers are enabled. The funny thing is, when they're not enabled the game just continues, however, the FPS were suddenly locked at 20 O_o
It doesn't happen on latest master.

I was trying to check if this happened in the master build but it would just load into a black screen in fullscreen mode. Â I was going to do master vs. ishiiruka windowed mode tests next to see if the problem was there in either build.

You can get around of that by doing one of the following:
- Using another graphics backend than Direct3D 11
- Disabling fullscreen when you start the game, then re-enabling it later
- Enabling Render to Main Window

Thanks for the tip. I'll try the third one as DX11 is far and away the best back-end for my system.
pls fix this DX12 + this new error in mario kart 2009...
updated latest folder with a new version. fixed the errors reported with crashes in mario kart. some interesting merges from master also.

the error is related to the force logic when I turn the force logic options mario kart works

last mistake was quite interesting
in mario kart all the cars stuck in a place I could only move D
This bug has been fixed in version 785
but the error is still with DX12 but it helps to disable Force logic * and the game operates normally after proof, even metal gear
maybe me card ( R7 250X ) no support force logic hmm interesting.
zerr11: force logic is an optiin that only must be enabled if your hardware supports it, your gpu for shure does not support it in dx12 so please keep it disabled.

i disabled Force Logic* and mario kart work. thx for info.
