UPDATE:
I tried on laptop of my brother: with minum settings (native resolution, no antialiasing, anisotropic 1x) the 2 games work well, but in donkey kong there are SAME slowdown in SAME situations/point as in my pc!!!! It's really strange! It seems that it is an issue of the emulator..? I will try a different iso file...
In the laptop if i only push resolution to 1080p, without any effects, the GPU isn't able to run the 2 games perfectly, there are heavy slowdowns in some situations, but the CPU is only at 20/30%. It's the GPU that is not enough powerful, it is at 100% in this situations... I didn't know that this emulator required a powerful GPU.
A GTX1060 could be enough in your opinion if i want to run with every effect at maximum (or at least at 4X)?

1) With Dolphin:  I enabled Compile Shaders Before Starting and Async Ubershaders  and I uncked the Full Screen. If I use Resolution 3x, Anti Aliasing=2X and Anisotropic filter: 2X
- Tatsunoko vs Capcom: no graphical glithes, I think that it was the full screen option the cause of this problem! If I uncheck it and the game start in a small window, no graphical glitches. Then i can enlarge the screen and graphical glitches don't appear. Speaking about freezes, it seems they are disappeared.  Only if i select Anti-Aliasing=4X there are slowdown, from 60 to 30/40 fps during special moves. The game has some slowdown and i checked that the bottleneck isn't the CPU (only at 20%) but the GPU that is at 100%!!!!
- Donkey Kong: same as above, more or less. In Donkey Kong freezes are still present only in some points, but fewer than before. I ckeched the pc peformance and it sure that some freezez/slowdonw appear whn GPU is at 100%! I have to buy a new mini-atx, so i think that an i5 8600 is enough in order to play Dolphin at its best. And i would like to buy this GPU:https://www.amazon.it/ZOTAC-GeForce-ZT-P10600A-10L-Scheda-Gaming/dp/B01IA9FEOO/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1533046078&sr=8-1&keywords=gtx+1060+6gb+mini&linkCode=sl1&tag=fb-assemblarepc-21&linkId=d60020b7b1e2ec0605985269969dcd69
Currently i have a GTX 970, do you think that the new GPU is enough in order to use Dolphin with best settings?

2) With Dolphin Ishiiruka:  I enabled Ubershaders= Exclusive  and I uncked the Full Screen. I can't active Compile Shaders Before Starting because i don't find the option...
If I use Resolution 3x, Anti Aliasing=2X and Anisotropic filter: 2X. Â I haven't selected any shaders in the Post Processing tab. Which are the recommended shaders that i can activate?
- Both games: a lot of problems, slowdowns, audio problems...no, it's not good. Dolphin regular edition is really better in this case. I don't know why...
thanks!
for your hardware the best configuration under ishiiruka is :
in the first enhancements tab:
Internal resolution 3x
Antialiazing NONE
Aniso 1x
Ubershader: Disabled
Filetreing and culling : Naive
Scaled EFB Copy Enabled
Texture Scalling Off
Hacks Tab:
Stored efb copies to Textures Only checked
Texture cache acuracy fast
External Framebuffer : Disabled or virtual
Bounding Box: Disabled
FastDepth Calclation checked
Full Async Shader Compilation Checked
In the Advanced Tab
Compile Shaders On Sttartup Checked.
please select this options and then let me know the result of the test.

it works perfectly!!!!!!!! 60fps ALWAYS!!! So, is it possible to increase some enhancements values in my pc config? Od do I need a more powerful GPU/CPU?
I'm looking for components for a new mini-itx, these are my favourites:
CPU: i5 8600 or i7 8700Â
GPU: GTX 1060 Mini or GTX 1070 Mini
RAM: 8GB DDR5 2666Mhz
Do you thik that with this config i can run Dolphin with more effects activated? For example anisotropi and Antialiasing. Or Post processing filter (i didn't tried them yet)
Last question: can you suggest the right configuration also for Dolphin "standard" version?Â
many thanks!

take that configuration as your start point, start increasing quality option like AA and internal resolution, you can also add post processing efects you will eventually find what is your machine limit, but you should at lest get 4xmsaa and 8x aniso widhout losing to much framerate.
about the hardware updgrade, for graphic quality the gpu will be your limiting factor, getting a 1070 will shurely let you play at 4k without problem, your cpu have the power needed to play those games without problem.

ok, i'm playing on a fullHD monitor, so i can save resources and not to change intenral resolution, i can keep it at 1080p because i will not see differences i think...are you agree?
1) speaking about Antialiasing and anystotropic, which is the best AA? MSAA or SSAA? I tried both but i don't see the difference
2) I have tried with 1080p, 8xMSAA and 16x Anisotropic, and games stil are fully at 60fps!!!!! Â
Then i tried 1080p, 2xSSAA and 8x Anisotropic and games are fully at 60fps. With 1080p, 4xSSAA and 8x Anisotropic sometimes there are slowdowns in some specifict points (from 60 to 40/45fps). And with 8xSSAA slowdowns are in the same popint but more evident (from 60 to 30 fps).Â
So probably SSAA requires more resources. In any case probably the problem wasn't my cpu/gpu, there wat another parameter that caused the issue...
With regular Doplhin i still have not slowdonw but freezes in some points...it's quite strange... this issue disappeared in Ishiiruka afterthe changes you suggested. I tried to disabled
Ubershader in Doplhin too, but some freezez are still there...
for a full hd monitor you can stick to 3x, about ssaa and msaa if you don't see a diference in quality prefer msaa it will consume less resources and perform faster.
ok!
I have still 2 quick question, please:
1) some gamecube/wii games don't have their own banner in the games list. I don't know why. Is it possible to add it manually?
2) gamecube pal games runs at 50fps. Is it possible to force them at 60fps like NTSC games?
many thanks!

1) If you start the games the banner will be updated
2) The short answer, no, if the game does not support ntsc then you cannot force a different speed, long answert there are certain gecko code for some games to force a different rendering speed but in most cases they cause glitches. just look for them at

More specifically, you have to create a save file in the game in order for Wii banners to show up.
thanks!
speaking about 50/60 fps, if i'm not wrong, gamecube PAL games were optimized in order to run correctly at 50fps, differently from the older console (NEs, Super Nes....) where the 50hz was a real problem. I'm tring 50fps PAL games but it seems that they run correcly, not in "slowdown mode"...
