@Archdevil456: what you requested was a change that i have already added but forgoten to commit so now you can select Timestretching per game

Implemented support in drivers that have the needed extensions for Logic blending in dx11 and 12. This should fix some small diferences that where diferencing opengl from dx in image quality.
The best place to see the diference is in mario kart wii in the first level of the mushroom cup dx backends where missing distance blur that used logic blending.
there is a problem with this: I did not tested it on intel or nvidia, and on my AMD card the driver reports no support for logical blending, but forcing it works perfectly.
for that reason I added a check inside the hack section to force logic blending, please test if your driver suports it by default and if not if it works with the force option, if your system does not support logic blending this option enabled will give you a nice black screen, if you test and get this just disable the option and everything will work normally.
testing is apreciated, and i'm interested in knowing what happends with nvidia and intel implementations.

Why do the Ishiiruka builds have these lines in the GUI?, this issue does not appear in the official builds. Every Ishiiruka builds I tried have those lines, including the latest Ishiiruka build. Anyone knows how to fix it?, it is pretty distracting.
Edit: It appear that something changed in the official Dolphin revisions because this issue is present in the latest revisions. In my case this issue was only present in the Ichiiruka builds (even in the old Ichiiruka versions) but now the latest Dolphin revisions has it too.
Try to delete
Dolphin.ini and
GFX.ini on user folder \ documents \ Dolphin Emulator \ Config and recofigure gfx and folder settings by zero.

This does not fix it. But thank you for trying to help.
According to leolam, the issue is a regression from the
wxWidgets which affect the Windows version of Dolphin. Supposedly a fix is in the works but it has not been merged yet.Â

Tino tested the logic blending here with nvidia gxt 650/ driver 368.81, and by default the blur in mario kart wii is still broken and when i enable the force logic blending the emulator just crash with dx 11 and 12. So my driver don't support it, right?
@luizfersam: yes but that was spected, nvidia does not support dx 11.1 (requiered to support logic blending) on 6xx family, thanks for testing it .

So if the driver doesn't support it, it's supposed to crash right? It's running for me and I have a gtx 1070.

Oh wait, it works in DX11 but crashes in dx 12. So that would mean the driver doesn't support it in dx12 then?
@rlaugh0095: the same happends for me it works in dx11 but does not work in dx12, it seems that dx12 implementation still is really basic and does not add all the posible extensions.
@philc: can you try dx11?
