Actually, you can see that issue everywhere in the game, even on the title screen.
But I'll upload my save files, just a minute...
EDIT: Here they are. (They should all be in the same spot, so it doesn't matter which one you pick):

BTW: I have costum textures enabled, but I also tried without - issue remains.
There's one thing about your Dolphin builds that strikes me as odd. You said your build includes the new audio system, right? But AFAIK Super Mario Galaxy should not have its music cut off anymore with the new audio system. It does so with your builds, though. Also the sound doesn't go all warped and noisy when FPS are under 60, so it seems like Zelda ucode games still behave like with the old audio system...?
i have the new syncronic audio system but i don't have the ucode fixed merged

Ah, ok, I always thought that was part of it

updated the main post with the latest version, texture issues in xenoblade are fixed
Hmm, I've had quite a few crashes in Xenoblade Chronicles since yesterday. It's hard to say if it has anything to do with your build since that game has always had random crashes with Dolphin (or so I read), but the frequency right now is rather suspicious.
EDIT: Yeah, going back to build Ishiiruka.406a44b.x64 I could play for over two hours without a single crash while with the recent version I've had three crashes in one hour. Could still be coincidence, of course.
any more info on the crashes like aplace where they happend or something like that?
Well... once it crashed running around in Alcamoth (but only after over an hour of being in that place).
Then, I guess this is just a big coincidence, but it happened three (!) times after I got that damned Luxury Hode Wood. When I get it there is this "vision" you see on the screenshot. And it wasn't exactly then but always about one or two minutes after. You can actually check it rather quickly with those savegames I uploaded a few days ago (for you to see that sprite issue). In that place, just kill a few of those hode guys. When then drop one of those Wood thingys, the vision should come up. Maybe it's that distorted graphics effect that does something to Dolphin's stabiliy. But yeah, I guess it was just a coincidence. Either way, those crashes happened in Eryth Sea region (where the saves bring you) and much more frequently than I've ever had them before. (And I didn't have any playing for a few hours with build build Ishiiruka.406a44b.x64)

Seems like the crashes don't only happen in Xenoblade. Just had one (also with your latest build) in SMG. It's pretty much at the start of the level (the graphics of the level were already shown for a few seconds. The crash happened exactly when the screen switched to Mario flying to that galaxy.
EDIT: Forget about that Luxury Hode Wood stuff; I'm pretty sure it was a coincidence. With the crash in SMG and just now another one in Xenoblade in a totally different place (and this time even with Cache Display Lists and OpenMP Texture Decoder disabled just to make sure these weren't responsible for the instability) I guess it's just a totally random crashing issue. However, it's clear there is one.
