i opened official dolphin 4.0 9450 and noticed Mario Galaxy runs full speed now on my computer whats strange is that Ishiiruka runs at 48fps with out fast EFB access? should Ishiiruka be running basically the same performance with this option turned off? other then the async cache ?
Official unlocked fps i get 80 in the same spot on Ishiiruka i get 48 and with fast EFB access i get 180

@emko: please can you post the same numbers with efb acces disable, think i know what the cause is but i like that test to be sure.

this will generate a database of the used shaders that will allow compilation on startup and avoid stutering even on opengl.

@Tino yes that's what my numbers show "efb fast acccess" is disabled so i assume all back ends should run basically the same as official Dolphin performance vise,
with EFB fast access ON i get 180fps DX11 and 210fps DX12
or are you asking me to test with "skip EFB access from CPU" ?
@emko: yes if my teory is correct with skip efb acces they should work the same speed.

yes you are correct just doesn't make sense why DX11 on Ishiiruka without EFB fast access is half the speed of Official running DX11
