game is really amazing and running full speed
any fix
you have to disable the hle hack to play all missions to the end. the hle hack only works 100% on rebel strike, it crashes the missions on rogue leader that have a cutscene at the end like the deathstar exploding.
there is currently no fix for hle crashing as hle audio for these two game hasn't been fixed and probably won't be as no one has stepped up to the challenge. i can't remember why, it's been so long, i think someone said it was too hard or something, shame really.

aah ok u mean i need to disable it from start to finish
i'll try that now
Yeah, just play through that level with the Sound Hack disabled and music disabled in the game menu (otherwise you'll have to hear all that awful noise). After that level you can enable both again because most (all?) other levels don't crash with the hack enabled.
I just registered to say that the latest version is crashing in nvidia cards, tried on 3 different pcs and i have the same problem.
Version: Ishiiruka.589(9fe761e).x64
Problem: crash my videocard giving me "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered." in Event Log + I have to reset my PC because my Core Clock get stuck to 540MHz.
I'm using Windows 10 with latest nvidia drivers(364.51) using GTX 970 and i can confirm version "Ishiiruka.584(d818f9f).x64" its working perfectly.
Fixed a small bug in
reverse-aa shader. Here's the new version:

I recommend updating the last super-xbr shader by this: Â
Some screens with only 1xIR:
Damn that looks good. That would be a god send for people with Intel iGPUs.

Sorry i didn't specify that, i only tried in DX12. Its causing me TDR but only in this new version "Ishiiruka.589(9fe761e).x64"
I used Full Async option, i dont know if its working on nvidia, but it gave me a nice boost eliminating the stutter. I'll try other backends tomorrow and report.

Not only for them it improves great 2D elements.
Thank you Hyllian Super XBR is looking amazing.
Here a screenshotcomparison from Sonic Heroes Default post-process vs super xbr with On swap setting:
(IR is set to 2.5x with 8xSSAA)

Use 1xIR and make the same comparison again. Its performance in IQ is ideal at 1xIR.
