For example tonight I will put a new version with latest master changes integrated. But if you are interested in the main differences they are all in videocommon and they include that i don't support sync gpu and i did not update the fifo with the latest changes because they cause slowdowns on my machine.

Ah, thanks for the info. May I ask why you don't support syncgpu?
And do you have any plans to make similar changes to FIFO, if you could find out the slowdown cause?

The reason is simple, Marcosvitali say that is going to reimplement sync gpu and fifo changes because he does not like the way some of the changes where implemented, and I respect his opinion because he really knows about the fifo. He is bussy right now so changes to the fifo will have to wait.

(07-16-2015, 12:34 PM)rlaugh0095 Wrote: [ -> ]Okay I did find an issue with the latest build. Everytime I try to open a menu, Audio, graphics, etc, I get a stack overflow error.

can you give more detail on how to reproduce it because it seems not to happend on my system.

Yeah, having shadowplay turned on in geforce experience is causing the stack overflow problem. When I updated to windows 10 101250, it gave me a new version of geforce experience to install and one of the changelog notifications was "Allow recording of direct x 12 games". That must be what's causing the issues.
What about geometry shader, like tesselation, to improve polycount and geometry "smoothness" (like here )? Do you think it's possible?
i just tested ishiruka latest build and it is my first time test. tested new super Mario wii. spinning coin is working perfect with scaled efb while master build must disable scaled efb. i use d11 not open gl

Thanks. Just tried the suggested settings (dx11 enable async shader compilation and fast efb access) but no dice. During the intro of Metroid Prime, right around the part where you see the ship with the planet in the background and the other ship comes flying in, the frames drop down to somewhere in the 30's and there's major stuttering. I also tried it without async shader or fast ebb access and the same thing happened. When using OpenGL with Ishiiruka or Dolphin the frames drop a bit during that part also but its not very noticeable. Sad
Man,the requirements are stupidly ridiculous just to register here!
I can understand specs being required, but specific version of Dolphin (not to mention above a 3.5 version),yeesh.

I can't get this to work on DX9 despite older versions of normal Dolphin working perfectly fine.
I've tried several revisions over the past months but it stays black and never gets anywhere unless I use software renderer.
I just tried today's EmuCR build with the same irritating result. Sad

My issue is that it just sits there at 0FPS and 0VI/s on Brawl and any other game, then exiting doesn't work because the process hangs.
My specs are single-cored AMD Sempron 2.30GHz and Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 at 400MHz and my RAM is 2GB.
I can get games running on normal Dolphin (but versions older than 3.5) with no visual issues, but they are obviously slow.
Even Super Mario Galaxy works for me.

I can't use OpenGL 3.0 or DirectX 11.0 and my GPU is only DirectX 9.0 capable even though it says I'm on the 10.0 version.
I was under the impression that Ishiiruka supported "older machines" with DX9,but it just does not run for some dumb reason.
At least it doesn't trigger a crash on it,but it doesn't get anywhere.
It shows Dolphin DX9 Video Backend in the yellow text, but is not getting far enough to show the processor info.
Is there any setting I can use to help figure out what is causing this to happen like specific logs that might tell something?
@retroben: your gpu lack support for a lot of things i use to improve performace. You can try the early versions of ishiiruka they will still be compatible with your card.
look here:
goo.gl/Eldxmf
version older than 2014-10-26 can potentially work for example
Ishiiruka.aafb2fa.x64.zip
anything newer than that will not work for you.
That version does not work either,I only got as far as hearing something with Brawl and a white screen at 120FPS and 120VI with async on,but had the same 0FPS and 0VI/s issue with async off.
To again confirm, older normal builds of Dolphin with DX9 run perfectly fine with Brawl and Melee.
(07-17-2015, 12:40 AM)DarthVitrial Wrote: [ -> ]EDIT: For some reason, Ishiiruka crashes whenever I try to launch Fatal Frame 4: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse (english patch). None of my other games have issues...maybe it's because FF4 is Japan region and all my others are NTSC or PAL? It works fine on normal Dolphin.

Any idea about this?
@DarthVitrial: no idea i'm looking for a friend with that game that can let me use his pc to debug the error.
