if you puta portable.txt file in the folder and run ishiiruka it will default to the best performance settings, from that you can enable functiona see how it performs on your system.
updated latest folder with a new version, a lot of fixes and merged latest master changes to the texture cache. feedback is welcome.

https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/3652
try downloading this version of master with the pull request merged to compare performance
https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/prs/pr-3652-dolphin-latest-x64.7z
i am not understanding correctly why do i need to run Dolphin-Official?
"try downloading this version of master with the pull request merged to compare performance"
i am latest master builds and they run faster without EBF fast access faster then Ishiiruka
Edit: ok i am idiot i see what you did
So yea this commit causes slow down now i get 50fps vs 80FPS on offical-master without this commit
@ Tino: I'm not sure if the shader profile thing still isn't working or I'm just confused: So I just used your most recent build, got Shader Usage Profiling enabled and played a bit of Super Mario Galaxy. Afterwards I looked into the ShadersUIDS folder and there's four files with the game ID in its name, but they're all just 1KB. Should be more, right?
@StripTheSoul: .ps.usage files yes a lot biger my files get as big as 1 mb and even larger in some games
So why isn't it working for me? Does it only work when other settings are disabled? Like custom textures? Or Compile Shaders on Startup?
@StripTheSoul: that option should work not depending on the others, make a test, play a game, with that option and compile shaders on startup enabled, exit the game, delete shader cache files (NO UID CASHE JUST SHADER CACHE) and start the game again you shuld see a little delay on the startup but no stutering caused by shader generation
