@Tino, so I tried your suggestion, put Ishi on 1st and on 2nd disk to the root. And the textures just not load. Portable mode or not, same result.
When I prefetch the texture I see message that 0 bytes loaded in 0 seconds
That is weird

thats really weird, I putted your texture in one of my game texture folders and it loaded correctly, just to be shure when you enabled portable mode did you move the textures to the user folder inside the ishiiruka folder?

I copied them, so they remain in the old documents folder too.
When you say "enable", it is done just by making the "portable" text file and then copy or move texture folder with game ID into the "textures" folder that was created in the new "user" folder?
This is what I did.

I'm really curious what this can be

updated latest folder with a new version, implemented post processing shader for the vulkan backend, still have some bugs but to be shure i need more testing on different platforms. Also fixes some issues here and there.
updated latest folder with a new version, fixed some issues while using post processing in convination with multisampling under dx12. Enjoy.
