Sidenote, although the black bar is not present on the bottom when playing if you try to modify post-processing effects while playing the game it returns. No big deal since I just savestate prior to messing with settings and then return to the savestate after getting the config I want in post-processing and it gets rid of the bar.
can you disable Multithreaded backend option in the graphic configuration window and try again?

uploaded a new version, Fast efb not saving to the config file, and hybrid uber shaders allways enabled under dx12 issues should be fixed now.

I am getting this error if I try to use the dx 11 backend with uber shaders.
does not happen on dx12 or on master build while using dx11.

sengoku basara 3 is bugging on latest version while the stable was still fast and flawless graphic without "BUG/GLITCH" i try both version with same setting in DirectX 9.0 and DirectX 11.0 just crash on my GPU in latest version the bug are:limited field of view, black sky, some effect get glitched.
and also why latest build doesn't allow me to use DirectX 11/10.0? my GPU is NVIDIA GEFORCE 9600 GT, i try stable and its still working and more faster than DirectX 9.0
I Use this spec: Intel Core I3 540 3,0Ghz
        Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT 512 Vram (Shadermodel 3.0 / Opengl 3.x / Dx 10.0)
        Ram 8GB DDR3
        Windows 10 x64 Anniversary Update
        (pretty old machine don't you think? xD)
The Setting i use are of course most of it are "DEFAULT" and only this i enabled on graphic tab: -Scaled EFB Copy,IR Resolution 1.5x, Skip EFB Access, External Frame buffer,Fast Depth Calculation (the other are left unchecked to fix the left-over bug on cutscene,etc).

Link to old build? I test with latest dolphin build and it seems doesnt break any graphic and dx11 is working perfectly except ishiiruka is morr faster.
