Thanks for the reply, i'll show some screenshots with mi configuration.
My system is
AMD Phenom X4 B65 3.4 Ghz
Evga Geforce GTX 750 Ti
6 GB Ram at 1600 Mhz
I must say that the game began to run slower and at some time, i even coudn't boot wii games, so y resolved to erase all config data and began a fresh configuration, but the microfreeze began just before resseting the settings of the dolphin emulatior.
And the game just ran fine before the last 2 updates, here is a video i captured using the 584 build, and aside form the little sound lags that is normal, the game runs smooth without microfreezes, but now, the game is slow and has those issues mentioned...i doubt is my system as the game ran before, and other GC games and Wii games runs just fine.
The game runs fine here
https://youtu.be/RhXRiVRpypA
And here is how it runs now with the last build.
https://youtu.be/8eJapz0lIQA
Both videos are with the same settings and with X3 internal resolution, giving native 1080p.....but for the purpuse of showing the secong one i recorded in 720p for faster upload....ignore the too much trebble in that video, is my sound card, i forgot do deactivate the equalizer before recording XD.
Thanks you for answering me!
Hey, Tinu do you plan on implementing any other shaders? I just learned about Subsurface Scattering (SSS) or Separable Subsurface Scattering (SSSS) and I'm not sure if it's a post processing shader or what, but it would be pretty cool if that could be implemented.

some suggestions based on your hardware:
texture cache accuracy should be set to fast by default, in only affects some games and they already have the setting overridden in their game ini.
you can enable fast efb access for that game it will not give you big issues.
you can try disabling sync gpu thread in the game ini to gain some extra performance.
please let me know if this changes are useful to you.

You area genius man, thank you.
The suggestions given worked perfectly but there is still one issue that i mentioned before, and is not your fault.
The 5.0 branch is slower by unknown reason....i mean, the same performance in F-zero in both, 5.0 master and the 5.0 ishiiruka build
Apliying the settings gave a huge, performance bost, but giving the slowdown on the 690 (5.0) build i rolled back to 680....and the emulation was even faster......practically the way F-Zero should run, minus the slow texture catching.
Here are the videos showing what i experienced so far with the same setting you suggested me applied to both.
Biuld 699

Build 680

Other games like Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes or Zelda Twilight Princes, runs better in the 5.0 branch and wii games tend to run the same as always!
About the bloom, is there any way/hack to disable bloom entirely? For any game? I hate bloom with a venegance, I think it makes every game look like shit, so I always turn it off on PC - but never seen an option to do so on console.
@shimazakid: there where some changes from master that sacrifice a little performance for accuracy and it affects more on lower end cpus. that is the reason you are getting less performance.

there is no generic way to do it because every game implements is differently.
I feared as much. Thanks for the answer!
So where are we supposed to share our shaders?
you can share your uids files here, if you post them i will create a shared folder to distribute them
