I had this issue a few months ago without solution so I'll ask again
basically no matter what version of ishiiruka I use, custom textures won't load
I've tried many games and many texture packs
official dolphin versions load the textures fine
official dolphin stutters too much for it be playable while ishiiruka runs great though
specs:
i5 5690k stock speed
R9 390
2x850 EVO
Windows 10
MSI Z97 GAMING 3
8GBs of RAM
The issue persists after reinstalling windows too

Did you change the name of the texture folder to fit the region of the game (PAL/US/J) ?

try this, put a portable.txt file inside your ishiiruka folder it will create a user folder witha local configuration, copy te textures to user/Load/textures/gameid/ folder inside ishiiruka folder. that will make it work.
the problem is that you have non standart characters inside your user path and when ishiiruka trys to parse textures files it breaks. will try to find a fix soon, meanwhile you can use the portable version as long as the path where is located does not contain non standart chraracters.

Everything works well except for one thing : Wind Waker using Hypatia HD Textures.
Using Ishiikura version, I have ticked "Load Custom Textures" and tried on and off the following "cache custom textures on GPU" and "prefetch custom textures", but everytime I play Wind Waker, the game will slowly start to lag (fps and sound wise) after a couple of minutes. But if I go to the menu, fps goes back to 30 and sound is normal again. Then, when i come back to the game, it slowly gets worse again..
Anyone have seen this problem before ?

that specific pack will not work because it uses jpg textures that are not supported by ishiiruka, you can convet them to png or dds and they will work.

Hello, not sure if this has been mentioned or not (couldn't find it in the OP). Will Ishikura be adopting from the latest 5.0 Dolphin build?
yes the next version of ishiiruka will be based on 5.0
