Damn, even clean-deinstalling gfx driver and installing an older one didn't fix it :/
Yeah, sure, I've also tried older Ishiiruka versions (which I absolutely remember were much faster).
I guess reinstalling Windows miiiiight solve the issue, but... why is it only Ishiiruka which I have problems with? Master build seems to be as fast as before...
Direct3D9 also got a bit slower when you removed the exclusive fullscreen option (borderless FS is slower than exclusive FS)

And what is the problem with that?
You posted 4 times that ishiruka is slower than master in NSMB in DX11.
Ive tested, and you said no "I forget 6x and fulllscreen"
Ive tested again and ishiruka is 80fps and master 60 fps in the begining of the level 1.
Maybe you dont modify the ini in master EFBScale = 9.
I am waiting your response!
btw: exclusive FS in dx9 was disabled a few rev ago.
I already said that Ishiiruka is much faster in other areas (15~20% faster than master) due to the D3D improvements by Galop1n and the Fast EFB Access option.
It's just in the menus that Ishiiruka is slow compared to master.
At 6xIR, EFB2RAM, FS
Menu #1
----------------------------------
Master (4.0-4099) = 62fps
Ishiiruka (39410f4) = 52fps
Menu #2
----------------------------------
Master (4.0-4099) = 72fps
Ishiiruka (39410f4) = 60fps

P.S. Now all that's left is to test Galop1n's build and compare the performance to Ishiiruka.
Here are some more benchmarks, this time using normal settings and including Galop1n's custom D3D11 build:
Tested at 4xIR, EFB2RAM, Borderless FS
Menu #1
----------------------------------
Ishiiruka (39410f4) = 79 fps
Master (4.0-4105+) = 89 fps
Galop1n (Jun 14) = 91 fps
Menu #2
----------------------------------
Ishiiruka (39410f4) = 91 fps
Master (4.0-4105+) = 101 fps
Galop1n (Jun 14) = 103 fps
Title
------
Ishiiruka (39410f4) = 88 fps
Master (4.0-4105+) = 77 fps
Galop1n (Jun 14) = 90 fps
W1-1
---------
Ishiiruka (39410f4) = 74 fps
Master (4.0-4105+) = 62 fps
Galop1n (Jun 14) = 75 fps
Galop1n's build is still the speed king. Master is almost as fast as Galop1n's build in menus, but much slower than Galop1n/Ishiiruka in other areas. Ishiiruka is somewhere in the middle, but it has features that other builds don't have: Fast EFB Access, Async Shader Compilation and the 6xIR option.

Speed King? LOL hahaha The rodolfo idea is very different, he is working for the user with lowend PC all the time. He is no interested in that.
You know in low end and middle PC the speed the results are very differents.
But I am different to he thats why now Im working in a new async shader compilation mode in dx11 for very power PC to avoid teh glitches using generic shaders instead skip the draws. Soooooooo
Accept your challenge hahahah in my 4770k OC 4.2 R9 290 Tri

I dont have time to do all test now but i did it the most important the lastone in my PC are the result are very differents to my:
W1-1
---------
Ishiiruka (39410f4) =
100 fps
Master (4.0-4105+) = 73 fps
Galop1n (Jun 14) = 95 fps
I think that this discusion about performance must end, every version has it adventages in diferent configurations, and everyone is working to improve things even more, so play enjoy and don't waste time discussing
Yeah, but I think my speed issue is really a bug (at least if I'm not the only one who has it).

Have you been able to check this on your friend's machine, yet?
i was talking about the performance discusion, the bugs reports are complitly valid. about your specific bug, I've tested on one nvidia system so far, and it' does not suffer from the speed regression you reported, i'm looking for someone with a configuration similar to you to see if i can reproduce the speed lost.
