It's a really weird error.
Thanks for your effort Tino.

This issue only occurs when not rendering to the main window. Also I believe this issue was present in the previous revision before 272.
IÂ can't reproduce the issue can you give more detail?
@mew and Tino:
* Compare the EFB2Texture and especially EFB2RAM performance of the latest Ishiiruka-v272 build with Ishiiruka-v271.
* Test ztp and nsmb. Compare this PR Test build:
https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/prs/pr-2059-dolphin-latest-x64.7z with the two Ishiiruka buids:
- Toggle between EFB2RAM and EFB2Texture using the 'Toggle EFB' hotkey and see if you experience any weird color changes.
- Finally, toggle between different IR settings usng the 'Toggle IR' hotkey while switching between Texture and RAM and see if there are any changes to the EFB resolution and filtering.
- Do the same tests using EFB2RAM and EFB2Texture.

Try this test (master) build and see if you get the same issue:

Isn't mew having an issue with New Super Mario Bros? You know that PR 2059 is about games that use efb copies with a palette? Examples are the Metroids, RS2 and RS3, Okami and some Dragonball game(?).

Yes, I do.
Tere are two types of issues with Ishiiruka-v272: Paletted Texture Cache bugs (ztp) and regressions with EFB to RAM and Texture (nsmb).
Another issue: The 'Double Video Rate' option doesn't work when the frame limit is set to 50 or 60 (works only with 'Auto')
thats not and issue, double video rate changes vps rate to 100/120hz so using framelimiting set to 60 is playing agains that, with that setting on you should choose auto or 120 in framelimit.

The old 'VBeam Speedup' option doubled the framerate as well (e.g. 50 x2 = 100fps or 60 x2 =120fps) when this setting was enabled.
I don't get any control response in Ghost Squad, the Wiimote shows as connected though. Other games are fine, as well as in master.
@kirbypuff
You're right about Twilight Princess, IR doesn't scale properly on Ishiiruka 272.
* EFB2RAM copies are unscaled (low-res) .
@Tino
I can reproduce the "crash on exit". On DX11, when you disable Borderless Fullscreen & Render to Main Window and press "ESC" ingame, the emulator crashes immediately.
