I suspect that it has something to do with the standard version of the emulator because even in the standard version is a similar problem so that it writes "program stopped responding"

install the latest versions of vc_redist.x64 14.0.23829.0 may help i dont know...
If I understand you correctly, you say the game also crashes in a Master/Original build? Is it the same error message? If so, then you should seek help in the official support section of the forum instead of here.
Some other things to try (you may have tried most of these):
I) Can you play other games or do you get the same crash?
II) In the Graphics Options > "General" tab (first, far left), make sure you have your Radeon video card selected (Not integrated gpu like INTEL)
III) Try other backends like Direct3D11 instead of Direct3D12.
IV) Try older versions of Ishiiruka/Dolphin.
V) Disable "Dual Core" mode in the options (not in Graphics options).
VI) Have you tried using portable.txt yet? If no, then please do and don't change any options (just change the video backend). Never use extra settings (shaders, high resolution, hacks, etc.) when trying to find the cause of your crashing.
VII) Check all files and folders in C:\Users\<UserNameHere>\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\ for ownership
VIII) Check all files in C:\Users\<UserNameHere>\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\ and make sure no files are "read only",
IX) Try deleting the shader cache, found at C:\Users\<UserNameHere>\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Cache\Shaders
X) Check your drivers. I've seen reports of Windows 10 users are having their AMD downloaded driver replaced with the Windows update driver.
XI) Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to do a clean uninstall of drivers before installing new drivers. Uninstalling via Windows' "Programs and Features" will not remove all the files and/or registry entries, which is why Panchito sugested using DUU. And DUU will also remove all of the remaining "Catalyst" driver files, which is important because Catalyst is different than Crimson (as far as I know) and this can cause problems.
XII) Are you overclocking the GPU? Is your system stable? Do you have high temperatures? You can use something like "MSI Kombustor" or FurMark to test all of that. Try to run it for 10-15 minutes or until your temperatures get +80°C.
XIII) What happens if you disable "Use Panic Handlers"? Found in Dolphin's "config" screen, in the "Interface" tab (second from left).
XIV) Logs. Post some logs. "View > Show Log" and "View > "Show Log Configuration" click "Toggle All Log Types", check boxes to Write to Console/Window, and show Warnings. Then play until you get crashes and then copy & paste the log here.
XV) Try older Crimson drivers (12.x.x)? How about your cards driver (Catalyst) on ASUS website instead of AMD's site?
That's it, I'm all out of ideas now.

Now this my friends looks freaking amazing! 
. But that does look amazing. Only Link feels a bit out of place to me. It's like chocolate and pizza. Both are delicious but they just don't mix. Also are you going to make a video? Would be awsome seeing this in action !!!
