Speed up of 10% in The Last Story FMV at the end of Chapter 2 ( Still can't believe that this is GPU bottlenecked. At IRx1 it's at full speed ).

New Super Mario Bross EFBtoRAM 1920 IRx2.5
Master: 102 fps
Ishiruka with texture decoder/encoder: 136 fps

unfortunately i have to stick with previous ce011e3 build since this latest build requires a dx11 video card. i know people will say why dont i just get a dx11 card already but my dx10 card is good for 99% of the things I do and i run a lot of dolphin games full speed with it.
If you have a dx10 card dx9 backend should give you beter performace have you tried it?
the performance difference is almost neglible. i lose maybe 1 or 2 fps at most but i rather have the stability using the new fifo option and tev fixes that dx11 has. I still run a lot of games full speed since this branch dx11 is faster than master dx11. for example in fzero gx with the predictive fifo+wait for shader, in dx9 i would still get resets along with emu crashes but in dx11 its almost non-existent aside from an occasional rare resets. The only time i would use dx9 is when i use lle + heavy intensive games like mario galaxy. I might be some sort of exception to the rule because my system is weird in that i get better overall fps in dx11 and with borderless fullscreen compared to everyone else getting better fps with opengl with exclusive fullscreen.
DX11 works with me on a DX10 Integrated card.
In the new version 27/10 i cant use DX11 dolphin is crashing when i open any game :/
