In game The Last Story, there is texture corruption on the main character's front t-shirt.
EDIT: can't quite narrow down when this happens or doesn't
I've got a small question regarding custom textures.
With the Xenoblade CORE pack on this forum, the prefeched size is ~4GB, and with Ishiiruka it's ~900MB. Is this because of a difference in how textures are loaded, the libraries used, or otherwise intentional?
I've been under the assumption that it was NOT intended, and have been searching the forums for the past few days with no luck. Just want to make sure I'm not trying to "fix" something that isn't broken at this point

no need for a fix, if you are using the dds pack that is normal, master decompress dds images, while ishiiruka loads compressed dds images directly to the graphic card to reduce memory usage.

Awesome. Thank you. I was starting to suspect something like this when searching for so long turned up nothing, especially after seeing your posts about libpng/SOIL.

Is that faster, slower, or the same compared to loading decompressed ones? I've got 16GB of RAM, so I want to use the fastest option.
I'd also like to know if there are any plans to enable per-game graphics settings. I need to edit the graphics settings for different games (like disabling "Store EFB Copies to Texture Only" for The Last Story, or increasing the resolution for games with hi res textures), then remember to change them back when I'm done. It gets confusing.

tino you really need to fix the istant crash issue,it occurs on every pc i tried build 524 on.
