Edit: I'm using version 420(beb4a2f)
can you give more detail, what game you are using, and what is your configuration?

I have a problem with Xenoblade Chronicles. I think it has to do with the JIT. Sometimes, when loading up a save or a state save (only with HD Texture), I get the following error (attachments).
In both cases, if I click yes or no (Sì/No), Dolphin crashes.
Tested versions: Ishiiruka 381(2e95783) and 420(beb4a2f) (latest).
Thank you
thanks for the report will take a look

I have this vertical colorful line appearing in the right side of the screen. The line keeps "flickering" all the time. It's very annoying. The line becomes more visible on full screen and on widescreen mode and it seems to affect only gamecube games. It seems to reflect whatever is displaying in the game. So, if i get a red image, the line will also be red and so on.
I am running windows 10 x64 pro. I never had this problem with the main dolphin build (stable releases and development versions).
thanks for the report, i think i know what the problem is will try to fix it soon.

Are you using the png texture pack? if that so, try using the dds one, it worked for me with the same error.
I use the DDS pack (with prefetch).
The (performance decreasing) issue with hi-res textures is still present in the latest Ishiiruka builds. See the XbC HD Texture Pack thread for more info/details.
P.S.
More JIT optimizations and bugfixes in master (PR #2663, #2888, #2900 and #2906 merged)

i7 2600k @3.4Ghz(3.8 turbo boost)
GTX 970
1080p monitor. Letterboxing is still there even if 16x9 is forced via graphics. The empty space is thin. Less than an inch on my 23" monitor
Xenoblade
Does not occur in OpenGL only Direct3D9 and Direct3D11
Windows 10 Pro
Using Ice to boot games through Steam (occurs even when not booted through steam)
When I boot my game with forced 16x9 Dolphin will say "Entered fullscreen mode" or something along those lines at the top of my monitor and then quickly jump down a dozen or so pixels. The amount it jumps down is equal to the amount of empty space I have. edit: Here's a video

and a photo of the empty space

That letterboxing is because of the accurate aspect ratio improvement that was implemented in Dolphin a few weeks ago. It's normal. For example, Zelda WW in 4:3 has a 1352x1080 image.

I'm not sure I understand. Xenoblade is 16x9 though isn't it? It renders the empty space in OpenGL

That's strange. Does it also happen in the master builds? Try it in master with both backends, and then we'll know if it's an Ishiiruka issue or a normal Dolphin issue.
@ Zeldagamer23 : Yes there is a lot of jpg textures. I convert them to png format and now work. Thank you for help
