I have to share this because I can't believe I haven't found anyone that had this problem or any solution for this on the internet.
Well, I have the last version of Ishiiruka and I want to play some Gamecube games with HD texture packs and Widescreen patches, AR or Gecko code, and I found out there are more 16:9 fix Gecko codes (and actually very cool ones) than AR codes, so I had to use those Gecko codes.
I've tested these Widescreen fixes in many games, specifically: Paper Mario - The Thousand Year Door, Sonic Heroes, Sonic Adventure DX, Super Mario Sunshine. So here's the problem, the 16:9 aspect ratio fixes are "fine", but every 40 seconds in every game I've already named above I've noticed there is a stuttering of about a second in the gameplay and I know that the problem exists due the Gecko codes because when I turn them off there is no problem and I get a smooth gameplay.
You´re better off using AR codes for now.

Sure, but there aren't many AR codes for Widescreen. I'd like to know why that issue happens whit Gecko codes.

Because an accuracy improvement in the Gecko codehandler made it use much more cache invalidation, which is a performance problem for Dolphin's JIT. (I'm only familiar with this happening in Dolphin, but since it's happening for you in Ishiiruka too, it's most likely the exact same problem.)

Oh ok, usually do you check all the issues in ther forum in a particular day of month?
I can do something by myself for helping?
Take your time anyway.

ya, it happens in Ishi too, unfortunately.
Would be great if you guys could focus on that (I know, I know easier to say than do

) because guys like @OneMoreTry can do wonders with the codes, it is just unfortunate, that Gecko option is this buggy...
Hello, what version of the regular dolphin is the latest  Ishiiruka based on?
are they up to the 5.0-8xx series?
also, is anyone using reshade with this? while it work for me, I have some little trouble with some options
like lumasharpen just greying out the whole screen etc.
Thanks in advanced!!

Oh I see, well, too bad. Hope somtime it can be fixed.
Please remove the Skip DCBZ clearing option from your GameINI page. It does not speed up games, it is only an incredibly damaging option that causes games to break in serious ways.
I've had to deal with three users who use both Ishiiruka and Dolphin Master enabling everything in the INI pages and then games being broken because they checked Skip DCBZ Clearing in Ishiiruka and then used Master.
Edit: It's no longer a big deal. If you see some benefit to keeping it, feel free - we removed the setting altogether in order to prevent the leaking.
I have a new issue...
Given that if i enabled fullscreen when a game is launched, the cursor are not disappear, for solve this i need to start the game in windowed mode and then enable fullscreen from the on top bar of dolphin.
But if my cursor goes to one of borders like up, down, left and right, or corners, the cursor appears again and the IR cursor goes crazy.
