i got best start setting for example:
coming from default ishiiruka settings and than changing:
max desktop resolution
force 16:9
native internal resolution
texture accuracy middle
hotkey for switching from efb to texture/ram it gives the game a super boost without sacrificing anything
now if gfx is good i got myself by not sacrificing not a single fps
internal resolution 3x
16 anisotropic
scale efb active (ITS A MUST OTHERWISE GAME RETAINS NATIVE RESOLUTION)
and thats it game looks like a ps4 exclusive
that's what i would call a response but thanks anyway mate
Like others have said, there is not a thing like "best settings for XX", only "best settings for XX game on YY PC", and nobody can know how every games play on every PC. So, the question was unreasonble.
Otherwise, "best" what? performance-wise, eyes wise?
ishiiruka and its post-processing has billion of combination: it's a matter of taste.
Got a beefy laptop with i5-6200U and Nvidia GeForce 940MX Windows 10 and I have the "Windows Background" (clip name) sound issue where every press on the keyboard plays that damn sound.
Curse this issue and the other issue that causes OpenAL to hang Dolphin.
OpenAL is the only audio backend that doesn't have the notifcation sound issue on every key press.
Anyone know which exact "windows sounds" selection to disable for invalid key presses?
Edit: Found the one used!!! "Default Beep" is the Windows sound that occurs on every single key press.
Maybe disabling whatever calls that sound to playback could be an easy fix,or is there another deep seeded issue?
On 747 still low fps !!!!
727 work's fine
I try master and no low FPS
EDIT:
I found the problem.
o 727 works fine on dsound, open all and xaudio backend  and time stretching activated.
I disable time stretching on 747 and running at same speed of the 727 but having a bad sound...

New version still opens behind main window. i use kodi to open games with so et means this emulator opens behind the kodi windows. very strange.
Same thing here, on every start the Ishiiruka window open behind it window folder.
i made a shortcut in same folder to solve that little bug.
If you are,
please, you can stop ignoring my posts now,I mentioned exactly what the sound effect issue derives from which could greatly help for both Ishiiruka and standard Dolphin.
I found it by right clicking the audio volume icon then by changing each Windows sound that used the same audio clip to one that I tested to hear for matching purposes until finding it was
Default Beep being used on every key press.
Do the master builds of Dolphin have the behind folder issue?
I know that I read something about master having the Windows sound keyboard press issue as well.
Honestly,I just turned "Default Beep" off so the sound doesn't play at all for that one option, but that doesn't fix the bug itself.
Edit: Just tried finding a topic with the keyboard key press sound issue in both Google and the forum search and couldn't find anything normally.
It was exceedingly difficult to find an old forgotten page from 2011 with the issue on a Windows 7 pc via Google.
In case, here is the page I eventually found my way to->

Yes, there is a problem on Windows with master builds of Dolphin sometimes opening behind other windows. There is a fix in progress. I haven't heard anything before about beeping on button presses (other than an old problem that only affected OS X).
@retroben: I'm not ignoring you just to much work to answer, as josjuice say the window problem is known and there is apull request to fix it. about the biping sound i remember it happens to me along time ago but it stoped happening after an update, so if you have any more info in how it started you can help me find the problem.
updated the latest folder with a new version, merged latest master changes, fixed issue reported by @philc, added a simple motion blur post processing shader.
Enjoy.
I love this version. I can run a few games with Swiss-GC as a widescreen fix with custom textures too.
But the drawback with swiss is getting the cheats to work. Of course swiss's cheat system rely on SD-Gecko card, a card which lets you insert SD Card into Memory Card to be plugged into gamecube. The creator has said that SD Gecko cards are needed for their cheat system to work. Without an SD-Gecko Card maker tool, it's impossible to use swiss's built-in cheat function on dolphin as I haven't any luck in playing around with virtual SD card via regular SD card maker tool.
Anyway, the usual trick to make cheats work with Swiss + Dolphin is by right-clicking on a game --> Set default iso --> double-click on the game to run it --> then exit, shown @1:13 to 1:25 in this video - Â

Cheats itself work when playing the normal way, but with Swiss + Ishiiruka, the trick doesn't work. Strange stuff huh?
