Hyorus can you test the bloom issue please?
StripTheSoul : i found the issue you see with custom textures, im working on it
Cool

So it's only an nvidia issue?
Yeah, bloom issue is still there. You can see it well in Mario Kart in the cave in "Mushroom Gorge" (you can quickly go there via time trial). But it'S the same in the other graphics plugins so I don't know if it even can be fixed. I think there once was a projection hack for ZTP which got rid of it. Maybe an optional filter is the only way; yeah, I know you devs hate these things ;P
is not nvidia only is present in amd to but is less noticeable. about the bloom, it must be there is a game effect, but now it must look about the same, in the same position in all the backends.
Hm, but it's not just in one game, but in several ones. Maybe all games that use bloom, actually.
not all of them but a lot of games use bloom, is usefull to simulate ambient scatering or fake dynamic range
hehe, yeah, what I meant was that most games have this issue with bloom

But now I'm realizing I understood you wrong before... I read "it must be a game defect", like it was only an issue in one game ^^

it depends on how you look at it if you like it is an effect if you don't like it is a defect hehehe
Well, I do like it. But only if it's shown correctly ^^
Here you can see what's wrong:

Hm, could it be that your latest version lowered performance? Playing Xenoblade, before I had a constant 30 FPS and only in battles it sometimes went down to 27-29 FPS.
Now I'm having mostly 29 FPS when running around (doesn't seem like much but it's ennoying because the sound immediately gets distorted), and battles get pretty annoying with down to 23 FPS.
mm that is wrong will take a look because performance showld be the same
custom textures enabled or disabled?
costum textures disabled. And going back to your previous version does make the performance go back up again.
