But now I'm played over 1 hour and there's nothing with these problems. I will check further...
Thanks for the fast solution of problems!
Checked. This problem is not solved. All versions have the same, but official version is not. Configurations and options are the same for both Ishiiruka and official. This problem in all congirutions: DX9, DX11, OpenGL and Software Renderer. I don't know how to show this... And one more thing. The more you play the more you lose FPS: from 30 to 28-27, than some time 25, than 20-15 and last - 4 FPS always... It possible to solve this in game with some actions, but not for too long: change location, time, save/load. But only one method is always working for long period of time, it's restart the emulator...

Check the VRAM usage with GPU-Z. Ishiiruka is probably using too much video memory (more than your GPU has on-board) and then it starts to use slow system RAM (FPS drops down to single digits).
@Darth_Squall are you using hires texture pack?

Yes
There's two videos with my problem. First video about three minutes and second two. In first one I solved it after I changed location, but second one is dead end - only restart the emulator. And it may start in more other situations: when I exit the menu, when I start to fight, when I just walking around...
First try
Second try
And another one problem. Now it's with rain. Like it flashes, goes spurts. This problem both in official and Ishiiruka. I don't think problem in emulator, but you never know that...
Third try
updated latest forlder with a new version. @Darth_Squall can you test if the problem in xenoblade is solved?

I can do it, but only after 4 days, because I'm working now and my PC at home in other town... Anyway, I'll test it and then let you know. Thanks for your hard work.

I cannot tell you whether the problem with misaligned shadows is fixed, but I definitely can no longer reproduce the faulty behaviour with DirectX 9, 11 or OpenGL backend

Tino, are you already using texture caching in Ishiiruka (maybe you said it and I didn't notice)? With the Zelda Collector's Edition texture pack I'm creating, it sttuters like mad in some zones with the master build, but Ishiiruka runs perfectly. In master, the stuttering never goes away, so that's just a texture thing and not shaders, right?
Example: the main menu let's you choose a Zelda game. I hold TAB to unlock fps and hold a direction, so it's looping through all games forever. I put some really huge textures in the Ocarine of Time and Majora's Mask sections (just those 4 textures are 21.9MB in total

). In master, it stalls every time I reach those games (one long stutter for each of them), while in Ishiiruka it only happens once (and faster than master) and then it keeps looping perfectly. In Zora's Domain there wasn't even a first stutter in Ishiiruka.
Bonus points for IshiirukaÂ

. When 3D is implemented, I'll switch to Ishiiruka as my main build

.
