Yesterday I finally installed Windows 8.1, so now I'm testing a little bit the new revisions...the new feature seems to be great (although on my system it doesn't work very well, textures tend to disappear for a period of time a little too high, maybe because the cpu coreduo 3ghz is too weak?) but what I wanted to really ask is if it is normal that master Dolphin v4.0-3471 using OpenGL (but frequently with Dx11 too) is (from little to very much) faster than Ishiruga 6bd753b (Dx9) with every game that I've tried: just for example in Pandora's Tower the difference is 38 fps vs 29, in Spiderman SD is 52 vs 47, Super Mario Galaxy 76 vs 72, Metroid Prime (GC) 76 vs 65 and so on...

It will be AMAZING for low end PCs.
I get a crash in the latest build whenever I try to load ProjectM/Brawl, I get "WriteNormalOp - a1 acannot be imm" when trying to load the battlefield stage.
This is in DX9/11 with timestretch and full async on. Pretty sure I got it all the new options off too.
Dephined: the speed difference could be caused by the amazing job that is in progress on the cpu emulation, will try to merge the latest core soon to verify that.
delphined: when you bench ishiruka vs master, do you have async shader or predictive fifo checked?? I dont think works very well in core2duo, beside you will have a big slowdown with predictive fifo.
No, I did my "benchmark" without those options enabled...
I am also getting this error "WriteNormalOp - a1 acannot be imm" Brawl (PAL) on (Ishiiruka.23d3b09.x64) both Async Shader Compilation and Predictive FIFO unchecked.
Are Full Async Shader Compilation, Predictive FIFO and Wait for Shader Compilation options not present in Master (dolphin-master-4.0-3496-x64) correct?
That's the error I reported before. Forgot to come back to this thread to give the specifics though. The error is because the latest master isn't merged I believe as the error doesn't exist in Master but it does exist in older builds.
Just Dance 2014 - dancers tend to stutter (but not the background) and in some songs like Aquarius, dancers enter in a motion loop for a few seconds. This is not happening in wiispeak branch 4.0 - 206. It's happening regardless of video backend. I need to test this more.
