Just buy a graphic card , Dolphin doesn't support old Intel onboard chip . The bare minimum iGPU that can run game is 1st gen Intel HD (1st gen Core i3/i5/i7) and even so , it's way too slow to run anything at native 480p resolution
Graphic card is cheap nowadays . A used Radeon HD 7770 is only $20 on
ebay and it can run any games at 1080p
Or a new GTX 1050 which is only $110 atm

Sadly, thats not an option for me atm. Though its really weird why it wont work since pcsx2's dx9 renderer worked...
Well , if you want to run Dolphin on old onboard graphics , you will have to find a very old Dolphin version . Probably Dolphin 3.0/3.5 or older version than that
On latest Dolphin , we no longer support them .
Mostly because you will run into trouble , like why game XXX crash , game YYY has black screen , game ZZZ has antifacts all over the screen ...etc
I tried Dolphin on E5300 @ 3.6GHz with Intel G41 chipset (Intel GMA 4500) and it was a terrible experience .
And please don't compare PCSX2 to Dolphin , those two are different emulators . Dolphin requires much more power than you think .
