Hi Tino !)
May I ask you for the old version - can I get Dolphin-DX9-Final 164 x64 ?
I lost my copy and this forum doesn't provide any links to all your collection...
Thank you )
That specific version was able to run Silent Hill SM without flashlight gliches

( or it was v.146, I don't remember clearly ))
All latest version in this branch don't work correctly with Silent Hill... Only latest master branch with OpenGL backend and native res.
that is interesting will take a look at that thanks for the info
@Tino: Is the crashing issue a tough one to figure out? If there's anything else I can do to help (as a layman), do tell

StriptheSoul: the reality is that i'm implementing a new system at work so i didn't have time to look at the issue. i hope to get more type next week.
Nevermind, just take you time. Family and work come first

No one ever said it was the most accurate backend. Most games, however, look flawlessly and the big plus is its speed on old machines. And don't say OpenGL is faster because I can plainly see that it's not (well, maybe in some games). No one is saying DX9 final should get back into master code. It is, however, a blessing for those users who actually want to play with Dolphin and don't have to cash to upgrade.
So why can't y'all just stop bashing it? Just tell users they won't get any support if they use it (except for this thread).
