With OpenGL if I start a Gamecube game I see some images zoomed and upside-down. But this only for a while, after Dolphin freezes quickly and it crashes.
With Wii game I'm unable to see nothing. Dolphing crashed immediatly.
I am on Windows 10 and I use the lastest NVIDIA driver

The work-around works on Ishiiruka as well.

Long shot but, did you turn off "Scaled EFB Copy" by any chance? I get somewhat similar behavior when disabling that feature.
Scaled EFB Copy enabled (I use the default settings)

Thanks for letting me know that, for now i'll use only Dx12, open gl and vulkan though and rendering in the main dolphin window, and thanks to @themanuel for that last tip
about my issue with OpenGL...
I tried with official Dolphin stable: if I start a game in OpenGL mode a lot of error messages appears on the screen (they are related to MSAA and vertex shader compilation). This message box are totally missing on Ishiiruka (here I get only a crash, without on-screen information).
Maybe, during the last NVIDIA driver upgrade my video quality settings are changed. Now, setting the NVIDIA Control Panel slider on performance I can start games in OpenGL without crash, but I continue to have issues with Ishiikura.
The same game that look fine in official Dolphin, in Ishukura has graphic issues with missing textures or only black screen.
There's a way to fix this? I'm trying to change the default Ishiiruka settings (that I use) without any luck.
@lollo78: i have nmo idea what causes your issue, if you can i will try to debug the error with you this weekend, dx backends have the same issues? what driver version are you using?
