it's a custom pack ive been working on. I seemed to have fixed the problems with them not loading by exporting them as a png again but it still crashes if i have prefetch custom textures on.

It pretty much almost freezes on startup and then as it starts it crashes.
Without prefetch it causes stuttering but does load.
updated the lates folder witha new version, just minor fixes and merges from master. Enjoy

textures tex1_256x256_m_5d92246bb24244b0_14_mip1 and tex1_256x256_m_5d92246bb24244b0_14_mip2 has the same size that tex1_256x256_m_5d92246bb24244b0_14, that breaks my texture loading code because I trust that every mip is 1/4 the size of its previus level, just correct that error and you will be fine.
Hi, I just wanted to mention that on build 554, whenever I select a Stereoscopic 3D option on the DX12 wrapper, the whole Dolphin emulator crashes.

fixed the error, still crashed.
Have you looked for other textures with the same problem?

The thing that i dont understand is it actually worked just fine on earlier versions, but i dont remember which version cause it was on my hard drive when i had to format it. One thing about changing the textures is alot of them use the same texture and are the same size. It's just how melee textures are. for instance, on yoshi story there are 8 textures that all look the same but all go to different things.
