porting the scalling algoritms to the gpu is posible, the only problem is my lack of time to do it

. do you have audio crackling with scalling disabled?

Crackling is there regardless on latest builds, I've noticed its dependent of cpu load, if I try to play in 4x the crackling is nonstop, dropped down to 3x it is still high, I have to pretty my drop down to 2x IR (720p) on games to avoid constant crackling. Now the crazy thing is that I still get good framerates at those higher IR but the crackling is just overbearing. When using audio stretching it ends up slowing the game down substantially and you end up getting a strange nonstop echo in the BG music in a lot of areas of games. Either way, I've pretty much narrowed the issue down to being related to cpu load even though it did indeed appear pretty much when you added texture scaling. Right now I've just been playing games in 720p or 2.5x IR in order to minimize the annoyance.
@phatdonkey: thanks for the info will try to fix it soon.

Always glad to help man, your custom Dolphin builds allow me to play a lot of my favorite games for the first time all over again.

Well if there's anything I can do to help you have more time in porting the algorithm to the GPU just let me know. :3 And the Crackling DOES still happen whether it's on or off. I tested this while live streaming to make sure it wasn't just my hardware again and my viewers could hear the crackling. .-.

Enjoy
Tino, I will test this out with my entire library of games! Thank you! :')

Wow man this looks amazing! You did a good job.
lol I actually think the occlusion in this shader is better than our current SSAO shader, You can make the shadows darker!

I like this but would rather have it as an option in ishiirukafx so I can use fxaa, bloom, dof etc along with it. By itself it doesn't seem to make a large enough difference compared to ssao. Just my opinion.

Um, you're f**king awesome. I will play around with this when I get home from work in like a half hour. That is all.....
