Garteal Wrote:Hows the quality? As good as the Atract3+ decoder?
Well, I never used the old one that PPSSPP would download for you (it was questionably reverse-engineered, so it was never included by default). Works great with movies and mono/stereo Atrac3+ so far. I've only tried MGS
ortable Ops, Disgaea 2, and KH:BBS; I haven't dumped other games because I've really been waiting for PSP emulation to hit this level first. But everything sounds good to me. Some people report slight crackling, but that's leagues above having just sound effects and some voices some of the time. My JPCSP in-game saves transferred just fine, apparently, so I won't lose any progress from Disgaea 2
LordVador Wrote:Still haven't tried PSP emulation. Is it fully playable?
Definitely. Now with PPSSPP, there's no need to rely on external decoders (even SonicStage might be irrelevant soon for JPCSP since the Atrac3+ decoder is being patched into FFMPEG). You can pretty much dump and play without having to worry about major issues, at least in the games I've tried (yeah all 3 :p ). It's quite enjoyable though. I had to hack the SDL build to play at 3x IR, but I really just changed like 2 lines of code, and boom, HD gameplay. I agree with Garteal though, give it a try yourself; you'll be impressed at how mature it is. I got into PSP emulation around the time I got into Dolphin (summer of 2011) and both have come quite a long ways.

I'm not entirely sure what happened between those two events, as I was asleep most of the day, but it seems more work than just putting three wires into the existing TV.
I'm pretty sure those two things are unrelated. If they aren't can I have one of the spare TVs? I'll pay for freight shipping.

We have plugs designed so you can't put your fingers in them and people intelligent enough to not bother trying anyway, so the fact that European countries supply more volts is sensible. I can't remember the reason why having more volts to start with as opposed to using transformers is better, but there is a good reason.

Uhh, I'd like to see someone try and fit their fingers in one
You don't have compulsory earth, and you can just jam two spoons in the slits. UK plugs have covers over the live and neutral that don't open up until something is in Earth. This is something which will stop a meddling child electrocuting themselves unless they have an earth pin off another plug as well as the thin conductive object they'd need to reach the terminals, especially as you have to push the Earth pin in with quite some force.
I just bought Dolphin Pro
Does anyone use Android Emulators ? Playing Android Games on a PC ? I being looking

My brother's got a few interesting games so I might try this soon.
I'm always excited when I try a new emulator. I'll report my first impressions

If you have the source code, it should be possible to play (some?) games via the Android SDK's mobile device emulator, though that's a big if. The second easiest option would be to dual-boot into Android (I think it's possible, I've heard people trying it).

0.9.5 comes out November 1st, so that would be the perfect time to check it out, if you're not using the latest git revisions that is. The next stable release will have the new Atrac3+ decoder built into the program, but that's already true for current development builds. Anyway, November is the anniversary month for the project (I think). It's come a long way in only year. Go Henrik et al!

The Android SDK Mobile Emulator is not really for General use, it is slow without any 3D acceleration.
I can't exactly Dual-Boot the Android O/S on my X86 PC,
there is an X86 Android but Majority of Android apps are ARM.
