Somebody can't read (or just doesn't like to). I already explained why. She bounced back twice. She
did not want to die, illness or not. The vets gave her three months, she went on for seven. Timber fought her illness everyday until the end. It was clear to us as a family that she wanted to stay with us as long as possible and not a moment sooner. Given that she felt no pain until her stroke did her in, I can gladly say we made the right choice. We all enjoyed those few months together; I wouldn't have done it any other way. Period.
Only a meter tall? You sound either very young or very old :p Of course neither could be the case.
I saw this comment on the book:
Quote:The book is a promising reference concept, but the execution is somewhat sloppy. Whatever generator they used was not fully tested. The bulk of each page seems random enough. However at the lower left and lower right of alternate pages, the number is found to increment directly.
EDIT: Most of those other comments follow in that ilk. I have to find time to read them all
Right now I'm feeling that life is completely pointless.
I feel immensely depressed.
Does anyone have something that can cheer me up?

(sorry NaturalViolence, I had to...
)
Holy fucking shit.
Dear god, what have I just witnessed, and why did it put a massive smile on my face?

Yeah, it's very strange, because you can't ask animals if they want to die. Picture related:

Which country?
Spain.

That's ridiculous. 101ms is not high at all.
Well, it was a random private server, so the host did whatever he wanted. You know: "RPG = kick", ">100ms ping = kick", etc.

What the hell are you downloading where it's faster to drive to your dads office and do it there than to download it at home?
Steam games, for example. Max Payne 3 is big, around 30GB. At home, it would be around 54 hours of straight download. At my father's office, less than an hour. It's 31km away, and I study in that town, so I have to go there "against my will". In fact, I'm there right now
(writing with a shitty PC).
By the way, currently I'm studying "Web Applications Development". A 2 years course. Last year I finished (let's see if I can translate correctly
) "IT Networked Systems Management". This year I'll start programming. Let's see if I can help Dolphin development in a few years.
P.S: the forum says I posted 46 times, but I think that isn't true. It was at 46 yesterday, and I posted several times since then :S.

Dialup gets 120ms. Yes, 101ms is bad.
In Spain, ISPs don't care about upload speed, so it's usually 10 times slower than the download speed. My download speed is usually around 160kB/s, but my upload speed rarely reaches 50kB/s. It's usually between 30 and 40kB/s.
