That is very dangerous. If you let that get any lower you're going to start having major issues that you really don't want to have to go through. Even your muscles/ligaments/tendons will start to weaken as your body is no longer able to maintain them.
I know this is none of my business but I would strongly advise that you talk to a doctor asap and get yourself on prescribed medication and/or a special diet. And then I would also speak with a dietician/nutritionist.
I suspect this is an issue with stress or some other illness but then again I'm not a doctor and I don't have access to your medical records. Has this issue been chronic or just recent?

Yeah, i think they already have. It's hard to tell because i have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, but i feel like things like walking are becoming harder.

That's what everyone keeps telling me, but i really can't bring myself to.

Um, both? I mean, i never really ate a lot, but it's only been the last year or so that it's really been a serious problem. Before then i was at 135 lb; still pretty thin, but still within healthy range. The last 6 months or so it has gotten much worse.

Did you check both logged in and not? Surely there must be something.

I think prior to moving into my own place my weight spiraled out of control due to bad eating habits and lack of activity, I remain certain my weight was edging close to 500lbs. I went to the doctor last week and got weighed in at 409lbs. Two years back I got down to 413lbs but gained that back and possibly more so now I weigh even less than back then.
Noticed my clothes are looser even with a belt and my shorts have like three inches of space if I hold the elastic band out. Hopefully I can be down to 300lbs or 350lbs by this time next year.
Congrats, keep it up! They key is to stay motivated and keep doing what you're doing to lose the weight.
Since we're on the subject and have talked about it in this very thread before: I too lost a lot of weight. I went from like 95kg(205lbs) -> 71kg(156lbs) in like a month or two. Didn't really take much too much effort other than becoming a little more active.

The Ads on google section is llllloooonnngggg:
Edit: Obvious typo corrected.
You know, somehow that is what I expected aside from things like "Olympics".
Also looks like you put up one hell of a thing for "Halloween & October 31st" if it seriously appears on your list.

You know it's bad for your health and since you've been eating really bad for quite a long time, it's going to be hard(er) for you to do it; but if it can turn around your life and get you healthy again, why don't you at least give it a try and keep it up? Sure you will have problems eating more than one meal a day (or feel bad about it...) but push through! If you can keep it up your stomach will shape up and be able to take more than a meal a day and maybe (if it isn't anything traumatic or something) you can get over feeling bad for eating? The older you become the harder it will be and longer it will take to turn around things, so please try to turn around things now that you still have a chance.

It just is, i don't know how to explain it.

Join the Herbs and Spice experts club. Let's take over the world, then we can blame Google for organising it.
@The whole weight discussion: I keep interpreting your weights as kgs, and having to remind myself that the "lbs" is there for a reason. With my mind reading things like: "Before then i was at 135 kg; still pretty thin", this thread is rather awkward to read through. XD AON is right.
I'm going to abstain from commenting on Rachel's issue because I really do suck at giving advice. Especially when I can't relate to the issue, as is the case with not wanting to eat food. (And even more so when the issue is a sensitive matter.) So, Rachel, I'm just going to wish you all the best and hope you can sort it out.
Went once to a dietitian for a diet to gain weight being slightly underweight all my life (bmi close to 18), it turned out that my metabolism is 50% higher than a slightly fat person while in rest. So i had to eat 50% more than a fat person to have the same result, it seems i was burning everything. She gave me a diet that had a very strong breakfast and other stuff like a lot of nuts and meat, and it seemed to work gaining a couple of kilos in two weeks, but after a while i couldn't handle it and gave up. For example i had to eat a bowl of cereals, a toast and biscuits or a sweet for breakfast which was a bit too much for me. It had result but my stomach felt too full and swollen all the time, so i gave up.

No, it's one the wrong stuff there, the only beauty products and fitness related content i've seen online are ads, and as for surveys, sometimes when i visit GT.com they ask me to answer some questions about how i use the site, i did it the first two times but when it persisted i kept ignoring it, and lastly i did take an online test on MaxPC which i failed horribly and also some sports questions yesterday (also failed horribly), all these were kind of one off things, didn't really do them enough times to become an 'interest'.
Well shoot, I just found out my bmi is only 16.5 (I'm 6' 4", and weigh 135lb)

Let's trade metabolisms. I've always been on the chubby side; perhaps the only reason I'm not actually overweight is because often when studying or playing I'm too lazy to get an extra meal or snack.
EDIT: Calculated my bmi, turns out it's about 24.
1 point away from being overweight. XD
