I live in an average house so yeah I'm safe. This would have been helpful since my parents didn't give me the WiFi password for like a whole year
but I have it now.

I'm amazed by that. I've never tried it myself but its supposed to take around a month to crack a typical password. on a modern desktop cpu.
God I almost forgot how f*cking cold it can get in the southern US. I miss my Florida weather.

Why didn't you just go into the router settings and find it?
Also who the hell still uses WEP?
I actually don't know if it is WEP. I just know it was encrypted. And I didn't have a computer back then
@NV - How cold is it where you are now? If it's not in the 'teens or lower, I don't want to hear you complaining :p Where I work now, the temperature is barely a few degrees warmer than what it is outside. I've spent more than a couple of nights working in 12-15 degrees. Good stuff though; once you've been through that, you feel invincible.
On the subject of WPA, yeah brute forcing it would take quite a while. The time taken probably gets shorter the easier the password. I've read that you can crack WPA a lot faster if there is some amount of traffic on the target network. Something about how observing (or capturing) handshakes between the any clients and the router helps immensely. It was featured in an issue of 2600 some three years ago or so, I'll have to look through my closet to get more details.
We get like two weeks of winter in South Florida and he's complaining? It's currently 50°F here and it's great. Don't worry about it, it'll be over 90 again in a week or two and you can get back to sweating all day every day.
currently playing Sky Gamblers Air Supremacy
Feel free to add me on GameCenter! I'm lokking forward to some air fights!

I'm not in Florida right now. I'm in northern Georgia up in the Appalachian mountains to the west. At these altitudes it gets surprisingly cold for Georgia.

We Floridians have no tolerance for cold. You will see people wearing long sleeve shirts and sweaters in 50-70 F temperatures down here. It has only gotten down into the 20s where I am right now so by your standards it's not that cold. At least this time I remembered to pack accordingly. For someone who has spent the vast majority of their life in a place that almost never gets even slightly chilly and where everyone wears nothing but short sleeved t-shirts all the time it can be quite the shock to enter even fairly cold weather and suddenly be reminded that temperatures outside the 75-95 F range exist in other environments
. I think the last time I was in a place this cold was around 2-3 years ago, so it's been awhile.

Ikr. Up until I was six, we lived in California, then we moved to Illinois during the winter. I remember being able to see my breath for the first time, but we were in a car most of the time, so we never got real cold. When we got to our new apartment, it was really coming down, and we had to run through the parking lot without jackets. Quite a system shock for a little kid
Why do proper QA when we can release new games every single year if we don't?
Yeah I've been there. Please don't tell me you bought it.
