Water cooling is also good for people that live in hot climates or whose homes get hot during Spring/Summer, even more so if doing any kind of overclocking. Not everyone can afford whole house central air but could probably afford a water cooled setup.

What issues is that causing with Dolphin? Is there any way around that or hope any API will eventually support this?
Expensive water cooling setups are only marginally more efficient than much cheaper air cooling systems. Regardless of ambient temperature. I don't see it being a good purchase even if your home is 120 F (49C). Whole house central air is not necessary with a decent air cooler.
Well you can chill distilled water or use a coolant to cool more efficiently than air cooling at higher ambient temperatures.

Explanation in comment #1
We can fix it by just disabling all rendering, but that's a bit cumbersome with the current architecture so instead of actually taking the 20 minutes to implement it, I just added the TODO for it. Games might use this feature to get information about a transformed polygon without actually rendering it, however Dolphin currently always renders it which potentially makes weird polygons happen on-screen in games which use culling like this.
I'm Anker's fan now . Their products are cheap but all high quality (Ex HDD/SSD enclosure , 13000mAh battery , 7 port hub USB 3.0 , 5000dpi good looking gaming mouse ). It's been 3 months since i bought them from amazon.co.jp
The customer service is impressive , much better than any company i encounter so far and I'm really satisfied
Kinda spent too much time messing around with GB APU emulation. Need to chill out
Need to play more games :p
Wait until you fall into the emulator developer trap.
"Oh, this console game looks cool, and I could play it emulated on my PC!"
"Hmm... it works very well but there's just this slight bug... wonder if I can fix it"
"Oh god, I've spent the last 6 months rewriting audio emulation and I still haven't played that game"
* delroth still has Skies of Arcadia Legends on his TODO list
Haha, I'm already there in some regards. I really don't want to replay Pokemon Gold on my emulator until I can fix a (rather massive) bug with properly updating some sound channel (just to play that little jingle when the Game Freak logo pops up).
To an even greater extent, there are a handful of DS games I won't be playing anytime soon, not until I build my own DS emulator :\ With custom IR of course.
This is why I couldn't be anything more than a hobbyist programmer; just look how obsessive I get over something I do in my free time

I originally just wanted to fix a few small problems with tasing, and at this point i think i've now spent more time working on dolphin than tasing with it
