What do you plan on playing? I would say something like a GTX 1060 would be good. Also your PSU is over kill, fell free to get almost half that.
Edit: Also that ninja post ^^ (which also means ddr4).
Here

->GTX 1050Ti for low power consumption -> Low temp (max = 60C)
Max power draw of an entire PC should be less than 300W
GTX 1050TI = GTX 960 4GB which is more than enough for 4xIR
PCpartpicker doesn't have an option for DDR4 Ram . So I left it blank . Crucial 2133 DDR4 should be the cheapest DDR4
Edit : Oh, btw . This thing looks interesting and it can run Mario Sunshine at full speed too
What's that?
WINE is finally going to support DirectX 11?
WINE already has some D3D11 work being done on it. It's just slow going.

Actually, you can look for DDR4 RAM sticks, but for some reason you have to disable the compatibility filter.Â
That´s what PCPartPicker says about the model you suggested: "Crucial 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory is 288-pin DIMM form factor, but the ASRock Z170 Gaming K4/D3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard only accepts 240-pin DIMM form factor RAM."
Never be a fan of PCpartpicker. They only provide a few options, especially Z170 board . You can find tons of Z170 mobo on newegg , amazon ...and these sites also provide enough of info , review for a certain product
Now I realize that Asrock Z170 only support DDR3 memory :/ . I thought all Z170 mobo would use DDR4 . Apparently, they do make one exception
Some z170 use DDR3L, but yeah, most use DDR4.
Intel will release the first overclock-able i3 :
i3 7350k
What do you guy think about it ? As its baseclock is 4.0GHz (4.2GHz with turbo boost), I don't think I would overclock it and Z mobo is also not cheap
Some people claimed they could push it to 5.0GHz ...

why would you do that
its like overclocking a P4 cause you want more power out of it while a bit more money could get you a cpu which is more powerful even vs the OC P4
(extreme, my example is extreme)
