The most notable differences between Ys Origins and Ys: Oath of Felgana, is that Oath has an overworld and towns and appears to be the more difficult game.
I'd say start with Oath and then jump into Origins. It's kind of a bummer since the Japan Humble Bundle just ended and you could get Origins for $6 or so.
Quote:I'm more inclined to buy Trails in the Sky for the PSP, rip it and then, play it on PPSSPP though. I get the benefit of being able to play it in HD (and save states) and I can backport the saves to the PSP itself for portable play.
Yeah that sounds like the better option for you then. Good idea! I however, despite owning a PSP and appreciating the portability, will get it on Steam to do my part of giving the devs the message for one that there is indeed a market for these games.
My cat is stupid as fuck and runs against walls all the time (We got her to the vet, don't worry)
Speaking of cats I have two now. There has been this black kitten roaming around the park, it and it's brother nearly got hit numerous times. The girl that had it threw it outside and doubt she was taking care of them, she gave it to her friend and they gave the kittens to someone else that threw them outside and proceeded to continue neglecting them. The things act like they have been deprived of love and attention, are looking for a home to permanently adopt them as they are very loving to us, kept running inside mine and my parents home. They are very overbearing and want my attention non-stop, I was trying to play TF2 last night and the kitten kept jumping up on me. It gets between and in front of my feet rubbing them with it's head when trying to walk so I have to be careful. The kitten purrs very loud and gives lots of "head butts" to me and wants to curl up to sleep on me.
I finally had the last straw when I saw it nearly get hit yesterday after running across the road. This is a residential neighborhood/park with kids and animals around yet people drive down the road like a race track and rarely pay attention. My other cat I've had for a while keeps stalking it by following it around and trilling at it. The kitten keeps growling and hissing at him and only after the kitten swatted at my cat did my cat swat back.
Hold the kitten while near the other cat. You must show the kitten the other cat doesn't harm it, assuming it really won't.
Got my i7 board and cpu installed and am back in business! Nice that all my hardware sans the old motherboard survived the old psu shorting out and figuratively blowing up.
Seems I ran into the same issue with not all ram being detected and power cycling with three sticks installed. I think I figured out that one stick or two may be bad so all sticks weren't "getting along" for some reason. So the old motherboard might have been fine with "might" being the key word, I think there was something else wrong with the board judging by other issues I was experiencing that this new board doesn't exhibit.
Sitting between 38C to 42C with system idle and stock clocks. Can only use 4GB of ram so it looks like I may have to purchase a new ram kit so I'm going to look into a tri channel 12GB kit.
