I managed to tune the violin on my own without ANY help
I'm getting further away from the embarrassing "Begginer" title, and still didn't start taking lessons
guys, they are going to port Steam and the Source Engine to Ubuntu and later to other distros
There's no reason to use windows for me, if Valve makes Linux more interesting for gaming, that would also mean that the games would be more cross-compatible since OpenGL is available everywhere
Anyways, i seriously hope Valve makes Linux a more interesting gaming plattform.

Well, how DO you know it's tuned? Have you verified it?
And you don't need to take lessons to become 'good'.
All you need is some passion, and some time.
Play the violin whenever you feel like.
Watch some video's on Youtube of people playing and get inspired.
You find a song you like? Well, try to learn how to play it on the violin!

And with that, I hope AMD and NVIDIA will get motivated to spend more time on their drivers for Linux, as their driver support for Linux sucks.
Same applies for most other hardware. We need more (and better) hardware support for Linux.
Reddit told me about this yesterday. You lot are ssssssoooooooooooo behind.
Yeah! Violin kicks ass. 8)
Almost bought RAGE in the Steam Summer Sale, then realised it's still £0.02 more than the disk from Amazon.
@Garteal I have a lifesucking 32 keyd keyboard, which at least I can use it to tune it, and I'm fine
And there are songs I like... lot of them... in particular, around 200 o_O But the bad thing is that the songs are either fast and sometimes, they got vibrato, which is a technique I don't yet know :/
@THELUKESTIR I know
Yes, i did a bargain
