Opengl has color issues for me, the only way to get the graphics right is dx11 for me. DX9 is only way for me to get full speed with Skip EFB unticked.

If it's checked then you may get a performance boost, but you won't be able to aim properly with the slingshot or bow. Uncheck to aim properly.
You won't notice any difference in performance (tick or untick "Skip EFB Access from CPU") if your CPU is i5/i7
As for me , losing 1 FPS

It is very noticeable in my case, and have an i7 CPU.

If I am suing 3x resolution then yea same here but lose 2-4fps when using 4x res.
Game works perfectly on r7719 except when Z targeting something or when a textbox shows up(like talking to ppl). If that happens the performance goes down to 30%ish randomly.

i7 2600k@4.8ghz
GTX 580-20% OC'd
8Gb DDR3 1666mhz

Any ideas? Huh
