You do know what a feature is, right? Removing something isn't a feature.

It's fixed now.

EDIT: Updated the FR list again (small cleanup, removed all feature removal requests)

Can you post a link to the feature request list? I can't find it, and it isn't on page 1 :p.
Besides that, +1 to the async shader compilation. It makes every game much more playable.

Async Shader Compilation, as much as I support it, doesn't have much support among the developers.

It's a hacky solution, results in a lot of graphical problems, and there's better solutions on the horizon.

Caru

Can you guys PLEASE add a hotkey to toggle "Skip EFB acess from CPU" option. It shouldn't be hard to implement.
I'm trying to play Super Mario Galaxy. We need "Skip EFB acess from CPU" enabled to be able collect starbits and to aim and shot starbits accurately. But it also activate the god rays effect. When god rays effect from the sun show on the screen the speed drops and it becomes too slow. It's unmanageable to go to graphics option to turn it on and off dozen times per minute. Please, a hotkey to toggle "Skip EFB acess from CPU" would be really handy.
FR list updated with another interesting feature - profiles

* Two emulation profiles: Default (Balanced) and Accurate, selectable from the main settings tab.
The .ini files would automatically optimize titles for 'performance with reasonable accuracy' or 'high accuracy regardless of performance impact' depending on the selected profile.

For example, the 'Accurate' profile would enable EFB to RAM and other demanding settings to reproduce all effects / features accurately regardless of how often an effect is used, how minor it is or the performance impact of enabling these options.

Accurate *does not* mean enabling pointless options such as XFB, MMU, BAT, Safe Texture Cache and so on if they're not necessary for proper emulation of those effects / features.

If a certain glow effect , for example, that's used only in some menus and requires EFB to RAM cannot be enabled by default because of major slowdown, make it available only when the Accurate profile is selected.

Adding a second 'Accurate' profile is a win-win for Dolphin users. Most users will be fine with the current default settings, while users with better hardware and those who care about accuracy can have the 'complete experience'.

This means adding a global option to switch between the two profiles and editing only those .ini files where it makes sense to add a second 'Accurate' profile.
That seems really pointless.
EDIT: Previous post updated with a better explanation of the feature.
EDIT2: Another update.
EDIT3: Small cleanup plus a few additions.

It's not. Read the previous post again. I've updated it with a better explanation of the suggested feature.
