Quote:1- CUDA support. That would aid in getting the thing playable, and significantly so.

if you find out how to map sequentially instructions that depend on each other with <1ns execution time onto an architektur that is made for parallel, independable instructions with >1ns execution time....then you will be rich.

seriously intel and others would pay you millions and billions of $ for a method that realises that.

also you can go to the medical industry and teach them how 9 women will give birth to 1 baby in 1 month.

no offend, just joking. its impossible Smile
Eh, it was worth a shot... :/
no it wouldn't. Can you split dolphin to work on quad cores? If you can't do that, then how would 200cores or more work? I'm surprised that the rules from my old feature request thread weren't carried over.
You CAN split dolphins to quad-core, the amount of coding required though is just utterly insane. That's why most apps are still dual-threaded.

I mean I'd be rather happy to have quad or even octo core support, but I don't think the devs want to spend that kinda time on a project they are doing for fun.
find or make me a multithreaded ppc to x86 emulator then. utterly insane=impossible for now.

One of the few users with common sense around, the world needs more people like you (ok at least this forum does)

Hi I'm new here so this may have already been suggested. I did a search and didnt see anything and not sure if its already possible or not, but anyhow thought it would be cool to use the wiimote for controls but the mouse for the IR part of the wiimote. what i do now is just uncheck real wiimote when i need to use the IR but some games like Puntch Out detect that youve changed the control type and ask for conformation by clicking the menu option so that strategy doesnt work. I have made a sensor bar using IR LED's from radio shack but when playing with settings and restarting alot i try to use the mouse to navigate the menus. If this is already implemented plz let me know, if not then i think it would be a helpfull emulation extension to use the real wiimote for controls but emulate IR with the mouse.

ohh yeah and maybe a way to detect contoler buttons on wiimote keyboard mapping , i know there are other apps out there that can do this just thought it would be nice addition cause i like to use the ps3 controller for the nunchuck would be nice to be able to use other buttons as well on the controller.

again im new here sorry if im asking for things already in place and just havent found how to use them and sorry for any possible repost

using the mouse as the IR is already implemented Smile (just don't use the "Use Real Wiimote" option Tongue)
