A minor suggestion, it may be worth adding this label to EFB copy in the Direct39 plugin window.

One of the most common Q&As is "Set EFB copy to Texture to achieve Speed up"
quad core
never ask for quad core support. Just not possible. one core for wii ppc, wii gpu and the last possible one would be for lle dsp.
An option to always go fullscreen at the maximum of the current screen's resolution.

Is this already a feature?

Programmable buttons for the keyboard. Easier to do combos in fighting games.
What about a Dolphin boot animation ? Run it when launching a game just before starting the actual game code.
A way to increase the dead-zone of the nunchuck in the software. I have a cheap, ebay china-knockoff and the neutral position is sometimes assumed to be slightly down or up in games, which gives me the mega shits.
Many suggestions I have, but my primary one is an option for auto-connecting the first wiimote. It's really the biggest problem in Dolphin right now. I never get crashes, but the prompt to reconnect wiimote 1 interrupts gameplay.

There already is an option to "Reconnect Wiimote on Disconnect"
