We are. Nobody has time to spend on it, and it's more difficult than it sounds to implement for stuff like Wiimote support.
I just had this idea. What if we had a second kind of texture dump that dumps whole game? So we dont have to go over all the parts to get everything dumped
That's only achievable if you can extract the data from the ISO itself rather than dumping them via Dolphin as Dolphin can only dump whatever textures the game loads up into the GPU memory. And no game loads it all up at once as far as I know. Extracting them directly would only be good for retexturing since you wouldn't be able to load them up with Dolphin because there's no way to tie the textures together.
Then... can't we make a way to make dolphin load the whole thing? Like some sort of hack, for texturing purposes
Dolphin doesn't know they're textures until the game tells the GPU to use them.
This isn't for Dolphin itself, but for the website instead.

Will you be able to implement something like an RSS feed where we can get notified when there's a new development version out?
That seems like a bad idea; the RSS feed would update 30 times in an hour when someone goes on a merging spree!
Isn't that what GitHub is for? Sign up, then "watch" the dolphin-emu repo. You should get emails or something whenever changes and stuff are made.

Not the first time I mentioned this, but...
ISO name field in the game list.
There's currently no way to tell apart different Wii game mods using the same save file.
