Well, the settings are okay, just one thing: Set EFB Copies to Texture and don't disable this option. Well, i think, your CPU is too slow for this game.

Do you know anyway I can increase my CPU for my Mac without overclocking it? I'm really clueless about computers.

One last question. Will the newer versions of Dolphin allow me to play these games at a lower CPU or will I just never be able to play them on this computer?

Well, usually, newer Dolphin revision could be slower than older ones, but more accurate. The opposite is with the older revisions: They're usually faster, but can be less accurate.

Overclock your CPU.

how i do this? and what lifetime has it then?

btw: If you want to overlock, you need a decent aftermarket CPU cooler. If you have to stock cooler, forget overlocking unless you want to grill your CPU.
