I also get this with "SetupWiiMemory: Cant create setting.txt file", the recent translation push made this string became not translated again for the 3rd time in a row...

Should I need to convert Emulator to my language or the word "Dolphin Emulator" is a trademark and can't be changed?
Both approaches are fine, it depends how well "Dolphin Emulator" fits in your language. Try to keep it consistent though
The Greek translation has too many already translated strings or options that were removed marked as untranslated like cache display lists, limit by fps, etc.
I requested to add Finnish language and volunteer to translate. Can't promise any timeframe, though.
Haven't used Transifex earlier, so do I still need to ask to join the team separately? I did not find the "Create language" -button, maybe they have changed their UI since first post.
