Wow, just realized that there was a bug in the website code that handled redirecting dolphin-emu.org -> <lang>.dolphin-emu.org. Brazilian and Chinese people were never being redirected.
I think I fixed this. Could people in brazil/china test this? You need to open your browser in incognito/private navigation mode and open dolphin-emu.org. You should be redirected to the proper localized website from there.

Cool, I assume it's working from China too (was the same bug). Thanks for testing, too bad I didn't notice it until yesterday. 75% of our Brazilian viewers were using the english version...
That's awesome. The only issue is that 'Cymry' - although it does translate directly as 'Welsh' - would refer to Welsh people rather than the Welsh language. A better translation would be 'Cymraeg', but otherwise it's perfect!

That's weird, these strings shouldn't exist anymore. I'll check that.
