I did this, and I'm still getting like 15-20 fps. Is that just because my hardware isn't good enough?

ok, i have the legit version of Brawl Dvd
how would i find out if its PAL or NTSC
and how would i get the iso out of this dvd?
or should i just download the PAL 8gb version of this iso?
Look at the rating on the cover. If it's ESRB, you've got an NTSC copy. If it's PEGI, it'll be PAL.
There's a how-to guide on backing up Wii games

Action Replay desn't work for Wii AFAIK.
Some codes do work, such as.

Help! I can't get the game running correctly. When I start the iso of ssbb, I seem to be getting a black window only. The sound and music seems to work though, and I can select the menus inside the game but I can't see anything of what's happening.
I'm running the game on windows vista 64bit on a 3.0 Ghz e8400 core 2 duo processor, and an nvidia 9800 gtx card, so my system should be able to handle it..
