No. Though it's possible someone improved it and didn't notice, it's highly unlikely. But I suppose you could try it and find out. Couldn't hurt.

The beginning is playable at fast enough speed for me. I get almost 60 fps when I lower my resolution. Many people can probably play it at full speed. Thanks to BATwoman.
intro is very slow and audio is messed up, LLE makes it clearer but it's still painful to listen to.

I beat the game in Dolphin. It's totally possible. Maybe not fun... but possible.
I really don't know how you achieve that, it has the same z-index problem for me that makes it totally unplayable
