Well. Next time will be build good dump. =)
Ok, I'm sure this will sound like a n00b question but please don't be too hard on me. I've read this thread from start to finish but I'm a little confused. How do I use the .dol file in the first post? I get that I need to copy it onto a SD card but is that it? It's never that simple. Smile I have an unmodded wii that I want to dump the dsp rom's for the LLE plugin. Thanks and sorry if I sound like a n00b. Smile

Put the dol at the root of the sd card and rename it to boot.dol , then use you fauvorite method to load it ( bannerbomb , twiligh hack , indiana pwns , smash stack )

Hi James, thanks for clearing that up. So can someone with working LLE plugin post MD5/SHA1 hashes of their dsp_rom.bin and dsp_coef.bin? I'd like to be sure my dump was successful. My wii was originally version 3.3 now 4.2. Thanks.
rom:
CRC32: 47DAAA65
MD5: 23645D446729A166AB3A9AABA2F5FBA5
SHA-1: 3C6CC6E04FDD0B2A392D7A6ED769455444846BE7

coef:
CRC32: D2777C90
MD5: 9A6514B88003C9C47E334DE654EC550B
SHA-1: C116D867BA001DCD6BF6D399FF4BF38D340F556C

no matter what system or version you get the dumps from, they should match the above.
Hey godisgovernment, thanks for posting the hashes. I finally had a chance to dump my roms and the hashes match perfectly. Bannerbomb 2.0 and your dol work like a charm even on anti-homebrew system menu 4.2!
this does work on a gamecube right? My qoob chip isnt booting the dol

I will compile the GC version

Sorry for my noob comment here, but I can't get this to work. If I understand correctly I put the file in the 1st post in the root of my SD card, I then rename it boot.dol. The I put the SD card in my wii, I should then be able to open the homebrew channel and run the program correct? It doesn't even appear in the Homebrew channel
For the homebrew channel you need to put it in

SDroot:\apps\anything\boot.dol
