I've created a SweetFx profile to attempt to fix the games colors in Dolphin, I've made a custom updated texture for Jill to get her outfit closer to the blue it is in the new REmaster, and I've been running some of the backgrounds through a custom scaling method to get higher quality backgrounds.

Here are just some in game screenshots

Hey bud, can you go into detail about how you got the model replacements in game?

I finally figured out how to capture 3d images!



This picture is big as heck, so you may want to hit ctrl minus a few times. o.o Please note that you will have to cross your eyes, aligning both images into one to see the 3d.

For some reason, the JPS file does not load for me. It just gives me random garbage.
