This seems like the right place to ask without making a standalone thread. I'm looking for a 21:9 code for Endless Ocean: Blue World (NTSC). I have very recently gone back to working on my HD texture pack for the game, and playing it again has reminded me just how nice the game can look at times. Anyway, I'd love to see the game filling out my ultrawide monitor end-to-end if anyone wanted to take up the charge.

Alternatively, if anyone could point me in the direction of a good guide to making codes with Dolphin, I might try poking at it myself. I don't know what was used to develop most of the codes posted here, but while I still have my Wii, I don't own any kind of debug/cheat hardware for it, gecko or otherwise.

Fixed compatibility for different versions of Dolphin.

Hey all, I ran into this fix for Sunshine and it works great! All HUD/UI seems to be nice and centered, and no stretching found on my end. Now I'm trying to find a way to finalize the game via Gecko or AR that will go along with this code here to fix any effects that might need it. Heatwave is the biggest one and I've heard that certain water effects needs fixing.

Basically I've been planning a play through of this game on my 48:9 setup (never beat it or got far). Are there any such codes that will just fix any broken effects on 48:9? Up-scaling to 4k textures simply does not defeat the terrible pixely heatwave and such.

Anything would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks again for the awesome work so far!!!

I'm new to widescreen hacking, but is there any reason to use AR/Gecko patches for widescreen for a particular game if the widescreen hack built into Dolphin works glitch-free?

No. But is there really a game where it works glitch-free?

You don't really want to use Dolphin's Widescreen hack. It is a generic hack solution for all 3D games. Unless... There isn't an specialized and properly working AR or Gecko Widescreen Code for a specific game.

AR and Gecko Codes have specialized approaches (you could consider them hacks too) to each individual game they were made for. If it is codes correctly you end up with far fewer issues. Dolphin's generic Widescreen Hack can causes issues with clipping objects for example (aka, objects which are not loaded in on the widescreen area when they should).

But sure, if you think the Dolphin Widescreen Hack works without any major issues for a specific, you can keep using that.
Hey guys, could I request a 16:9 Widescreen code for Spider-Man 2 NTSC-U (GK2E52)? Thanks!

So I am trying to get Star Fox Assault (NTSC-U) to work in 16:9 with the two available Gecko codes I found for it, (the one in this thread and the one I found on the Dolphin Wiki Star Fox Assault page). However both of them have issues. The Gecko code in this thread causes the game to have slow frame rate on mission 9 and freeze crashes. The one on the Dolphin Wiki freeze crashes on mission 7 during the in-game cinematic. Both occurrences do not give me a pop-up error of the issue, I don't know if it is a pointer issue or something else. I have concluded that the game runs with no issues when I don't use any of these gecko codes. Trying to find a workaround but thought I'd ask if anyone has found a solution for this?

I used and tested each of these codes one at a time on both Dolphin version 5.0-10883 and 5.0 stable version. My specs are X99 architecture, i7 5820k Intel processor, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti.

Hello sir, I request resident evil 4 21:9 code, please, thank you a lot.
