What's your GPU? What're your settings? Click the Config button and look at the General tab. Click the Graphics button and look at the General, Enhancements, and Hacks tabs. Those are usually the most relevant settings we need to know. Also, please be more descriptive about your frame rate problem. Is it too fast, too slow? Give us a number we can deal with.
This game is pissing me off.
On the Adventure mode, I keep getting hit by invisible enemies. I do not remember this when I had the game.

That can very depending on where you got it from XD
I got it from here, I'm using DirectX 9.
It might be a game problem, the DMA or something.

You're using an old (r7564, right?), unsupported build, what did you expect? Also, the DMA in the GC is used with its DSP (sound stuff), so that probably doesn't cause invisible enemies.
I never recall saying I used that version for this particular game.

Then change your profile, or update your sig, or specify which Dolphin rev your using.
I use that version for many games, but not all.
